My research interests include: improving global plant production, identifying innovative fertilizer products for the markets and developing efficient production strategies.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry. I have successfully collaborated with several international research and development companies from Africa and Europe to develop practical solutions that address real-world challenges. My work has led to an improvement of production in the agricultural sector in Southern Africa.
As a passionate industry leader, I have led a diverse range of projects. I believe in fostering an interactive environment where team members can engage critically with the material. My leadership philosophy emphasizes on leading by example.
