To book a course program on ExpertGate, you can browse the available programs using the search filters on the course page on the website to find a suitable course that meets your interests and requirements. Once a desired program is identified, you can proceed to register for the program using the website functionality. Once you have registered for the program, the details of the program will be displayed on both your and instructors' dashboards. You can search for the right course program and register here. 

Course materials are uploaded directly to our integrated Learning Management System (LMS), where they are organised into modules and made accessible online to participants. Experts can include interactive elements such as quizzes and discussions, and update materials as needed, while tracking participant progress and engagement. They may also recommend additional resources that participants can utilise to deepen their understanding of the subject matter. 

Yes, upon completing a course program on ExpertGate, you receive a certificate or from the expert. This certificate serves as a formal acknowledgement of your completion of the course program and may be useful for professional development or record-keeping. 

Refunds for cancelled course on ExpertGate are available for both instructor-initiated and customer-initiated cancellations. If the organising instructor cancels a program, registered customers will receive a prompt refund according to the platform's Payment and Pricing Policy. Customers can cancel their participation up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time and must provide a reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Payment and Pricing Policy once the cancellation is completed.
