I am a dedicated data protection and privacy expert with over 23 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. Throughout my career, I have been committed to bridging the gap between law and regulatory jargon and operational requirements developing practical solutions that address real-world challenges. I have successfully led a diverse range of projects, including Brexit program, Cookies Management, Data program management, data governance and strategy work. I believe in fostering an interactive environment where team members can engage critically and gain experience from projects. My leadership style emphasises visionary with collaborative efforts and innovative thinking.

I am a Fellow of Information Privacy awarded by the IAPP. I also hold the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications. The CIPP/E relates to the knowledge a Data Protection Officer or Chief Privacy Officer must have concerning the European legal framework of the legislation, and the CIPM to the theoretical aspects necessary to lead an organisation’s data protection program framework. I am currently finalising my law research master program in Data Protection and Intellectual Property from the University of Law, where I focus my research on achieving a sustainable balance between AI and data privacy rights.
