Project – AI-Enhanced Longitudinal Data Analytics for Type 2 Diabetes Progression
This project will harness the power of AI to analyse large-scale longitudinal datasets and predict disease progression and treatment outcomes in Type 2 Diabetes (T2D). Drawing on decades of data from Australian and international cohorts, including lifestyle, clinical, biochemical, and genetic information, the project will identify distinct disease trajectories and the factors influencing rapid progression or remission. Machine learning models will also simulate the potential impact of different interventions at both individual and population levels. Collaborations with Harvard University, the Baker Institute, and major Australian data platforms will ensure robust validation across diverse populations.
Call for Partnerships:
We welcome partnerships with universities, health services, primary care networks, technology providers, government agencies, and community health organisations to provide data access, clinical expertise, digital health capacity, and co-funding for large-scale trials.
