Project– AI in Metabolic Genetics and Energy Utilisation in Type 2 Diabetes
This project will use AI to investigate the genetic and metabolic mechanisms governing energy utilisation and insulin resistance in Type 2 Diabetes (T2D). By integrating genomic sequencing, mitochondrial function analysis, and metabolic flux data, the research will identify gene–environment interactions that influence metabolic efficiency and glucose regulation. Advanced AI models will predict how genetic variants, diet, and lifestyle interact to drive insulin resistance, guiding the development of tailored interventions.
Call for Partnerships:
We welcome partnerships with universities, health services, primary care networks, technology providers, government agencies, and community health organisations to provide data access, clinical expertise, digital health capacity, and co-funding for large-scale trials.
