Over the past decade, this author has supervised BBA, and MBA students during the completion of their theses and work placements. The author possesses seven years of teaching experience in the UK higher education sector within a multicultural environment. To enhance pedagogical skills, the author completed the PTLLS Level 4 Certificate (UK) Award in Education and Training (AET) under the High-Field Awarding Body for Compliance. In recognition of teaching proficiency, the author was awarded a Fellowship in the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Regarding continuous professional development (CPD), the author regularly participates in various training programmes and workshops. Additionally, the author attends several international conferences in the UK, Romania, India, and Bangladesh. During doctoral studies in the UK, the author acquired knowledge in diverse research methodologies and data analyses, including quantitative research, case studies, SPSS, Smart PLS, Structural Equation Modelling, Systematic Literature Review (SLR), and data triangulation.
