Dr. Nadine Campbell serves as the Chair & Strategic Advisor – Global Research Partnership at ExpertGate and is also an Academic Program Advisor at Western Sydney University (WSU) in the School of Business. With a strong academic foundation, she has made significant contributions to the development of academic literacy programs for both the School of Business and the School of Law. Her role involves advising on curriculum design and academic program development to ensure alignment with modern educational standards and student needs. At the undergraduate level, she teaches critical topics such as academic integrity, plagiarism prevention, and skills in analyzing academic literature.
Dr. Campbell brings extensive expertise in curriculum development and has delivered content across a broad range of subjects in Management and Human Resources Management. These include Business Academic Skills, Contemporary People Management, Employee Training & Development, Human Resource Management, International HRM, Negotiation, Bargaining & Advocacy, Organisational Behaviour, and Workplace Behaviour, among others. At the postgraduate level, she continues to make a significant impact by teaching academic and business writing, and by supporting Master’s and PhD students as a writing advisor, helping them navigate thesis development and academic research with confidence and clarity.
At ExpertGate, Dr. Campbell plays a key role in guiding global research partnerships and facilitating collaboration between academia and industry. She is a leading contributor to one of ExpertGate’s most ambitious initiatives: the creation of the world’s largest AI-powered online research lab. Over the next decade, this visionary platform aims to onboard 50,000 researchers and connect 20,000 universities, with the goal of accelerating research, reducing costs, and promoting equity. Her leadership continues to drive innovation, foster international academic cooperation, and empower scholars and institutions to thrive in a rapidly evolving research landscape.
