I am working on the synthesis of porous materials, monolithic silica particles, synthesis of stationary phases of HPLC columns and SPE cartridges, surface functionalization of porous materials for chromatography, adsorption, catalysis and gas storage. Development of efficient adsorbents for the removal of toxic heavy metals and other contaminants.
