Dr. Rao Sabir Sattar is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Institute of Agricultural Extension, Education, and Rural Development at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. He earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, China, and M.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture (Agronomy) from PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Pakistan. With a robust academic background and extensive research experience, Dr. Sattar has published numerous papers on topics such as climate-smart agriculture, sustainable farming systems, and the socio-cultural impacts of agricultural practices. His research interests include agricultural extension, climate change adaptation, livelihood vulnerability, and rural community development. Dr. Sattar has led and contributed to various research projects, including initiatives focused on biomass energy, invasive species management, and flood rehabilitation. Additionally, he has supervised postgraduate students and actively participates in academic and community service, including organizing conferences, training workshops, and awareness campaigns. Dr. Sattar's expertise extends to teaching, having served as a Teaching Assistant in a joint program between Dalhousie University, Canada, and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, China.
