We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance (QA) to lead and enhance the quality standards of our cutting-edge EdTech platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and seamless performance of our learning management system (LMS), AI-driven education tools, and expert collaboration features.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for web and mobile-based EdTech solutions.
- Lead a team of QA engineers to conduct manual and automated testing across all platform features.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform through rigorous testing.
- Oversee test planning, execution, bug tracking, and resolution processes.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices in EdTech quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing frameworks, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance leadership, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or e-learning platforms.
- Strong expertise in automated and manual testing, performance testing, and security assessments.
- Proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience with API testing, cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, AI-driven learning solutions, and education technology trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive quality initiatives.
