The man with a great mix of academic and real-life work experience. In both side, I have been gained for more than 10 years experience. For instance, I have been working as an entrepreneur for over 10 years, having more than 10 years a high-level managerial position with a large size listed company, and making almost 10 years an academic research for the small, mid-size and large -firms. My dissertation "Business model innovation as a dynamic capability" offers me an excellent and unique background towards new and existing businesses especially in the context of changing business environment. I believe that implementation of dynamic business innovation process may/will offer the competitive advantage for the firms in any fields of business. Besides to my work experience, I have been done business consultancy for more than 10 years and I have been offering almost 10 years the company training.
