About
I mainly concentrate on the geochemical characters of precious and rare minerals (e.g. coulmbite, tantalite, thorite, fergusonite, casseterite, molybednite) in magmatic and metamorphic rocks using modern analytical technique methods (e.g. EMPA, LA-ICP-MS, XRF). My target is to know the magmatic, metasomatic and hydrothermal process responsible for the formation of such rare metals. This beside, studying the economic importance and potentiality of these metals (e.g. Nb, Ta, Sn, Mo, U, Th).
