With over two decades of experience, my career began in 1999, with 15 years spent in the world’s largest telecom company, Ericsson, where I worked both locally and internationally. My career path has also taken me across diverse industries such as Renewable Energy, Power, IT/ICT, and more, where I’ve managed a wide range of portfolios. I bring to the table a solid foundation in project management, financial skills, and a comprehensive understanding of technology and services.
Alongside my corporate journey, I have a passion for education and have been actively involved as an Adjunct Faculty member at private universities in Bangladesh. This allows me to share my knowledge with the next generation of leaders while continuing to grow my own leadership skills.
I am highly motivated to pursue senior management roles such as CEO, CTO, Director, Vice President, Head of Services, Head of Operations, Head of Delivery, Head of Technical Management & Support, Consultant, Head of Unit/Division, or Head of Information Technology. I believe my expertise makes me a valuable asset to organizations, particularly in the telecom, IT, and other high-growth industries.
At Ericsson, I gained deep knowledge of Ericsson products and held various roles within the Services Organization, including Customer Support and Managed Services. I managed both Country Units in Bangladesh and Thailand, collaborating with Product Support Managers, Delivery Managers, and regional stakeholders in RASO (Region of South East Asia & Oceania). I’ve worked extensively with support teams and the Design Unit Management to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Key highlights of my career include:
- Participation in Ericsson’s Leadership Programs: Leadership for Professionals (LFP) and the Global Leadership Program: Leadership Core Curriculum (LCC).
- Certification as an Experienced SDM in Ericsson’s BUGS (Business Unit Global Services) in 2011.
- Extensive managerial experience in team management, technology management, SLA management, customer C-level management, supplier management, and profit/loss management.
- Proven track record in managing and coordinating stakeholders across Global Service Delivery, Key Account Management, Project Management, Sourcing, and Supply.
While at Ericsson Thailand Ltd, I managed the DTAC/DTN customer network, which covered technologies such as 2G, 3G+, 4G (LTE), VoLTE, M2M, and cloud services. I also worked on a regional assignment in RASO, where I coordinated SDMs/CSMs for CU 3PP hardware collections and oversaw LLCM loading in the LCM Tool.
Before that, at Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd, I held roles as SDM and Competence Area Manager, managing high-profile clients such as GP, Robi, Airtel, and Banglalink. Currently, I lead the IT Division at ENERGYPAC Bangladesh, continuing my work in leading technology and energy innovations.
I am available for consultation, training, and project work, bringing my hands-on experience and extensive industry knowledge to organizations in telecom, IT, and renewable energy sectors.
