With over 20 years of experience in renewable energy, business development, and sustainability, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every project I undertake. From driving impactful climate change initiatives to mentoring over 200 entrepreneurs, my work has consistently focused on fostering innovation and creating sustainable solutions.
Honored as the "Women Leader of the Year" by SolarQuarter Asia Pacific in 2023, I have been at the forefront of renewable energy advocacy and development, specializing in rooftop solar power projects and launching sustainable products that earned the prestigious "IEB Merit Award." My expertise spans business strategy, market expansion, customer engagement, and international marketing, with a proven track record of successful project execution and policy support.
I have led large-scale projects such as the installation of solar systems across 487 districts and deploying energy-managed solar systems in 3,208 Union Information Service Centers in Bangladesh. These experiences, coupled with my work as a lecturer and speaker for organizations like USAID, the European Union, and GIZ, reflect my commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building.
