I am a clinician-scientist passionate about understanding the genetic, cellular and molecular mechanisms that govern the intricate process of craniofacial development.
My academic journey includes a B.D.S from GDC, Mumbai, India, a Master's degree from the prestigious University of Dundee in Scotland, UK, and a Ph.D. from the renowned University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. I am currently a postdoctoral associate at University of Minnesota focusing on biology of the “neural crest cell” which play a central role in face development.
