Md. Yahin Hossain is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resource Management (HRM) and employee performance. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, R.P. Shaha University, Bangladesh. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS). His teaching experience at the university level is more than 13 years.
He holds an MBA in HRM and a BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka. His research interests include employee creativity, organizational behavior, MOOCs, and business strategy, with multiple publications in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals such as Plos One, Psychology Research and Behavior Management, and International Journal of Research in Business and Social Science.
Beyond academia, Md. Yahin Hossain has experience in banking, auditing, and customer service, having worked with institutions like Al-Arafah Islami Bank, Rahman and Rahman Haq Chartered Accountants, and Grameenphone Ltd. He is also a peer reviewer for esteemed journals such as Foresight (Emerald Publishing), Academy of Management Journal (USA), and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
His expertise extends to data analysis using SmartPLS, SPSS, and AMOS, and he actively engages in research on e-learning, business performance, and HRM practices.
