President- John Patrick University of Health and Applied Sciences (current position.) Dr. Dubanewicz started his career as a classically trained chef and is a World Certified Culinary Educator (WCEE) from the World Association of Chefs Societies. He then expanded into the health industry with experience in clinical nutrition, dietary management and psychotherapy with a focus in eating disorders and functional medicine. His instructional experience ranges from high school as well as a university professor of culinary nutrition, program director, university dean and university president. Dr. Dubanewicz has been recognized and nominated as a Disney® Teacher of the Year, a Golden Toque Honoree (Le Cordon Bleu), and by the American Naturopathic Medical Association (ANMA) for his continued work in the field of nutrition and naturopathic education. Dr. Dubanewicz has been published in Chef Educator Today Magazine and appeared in the Sun-Sentinel & Miami Herald News, along with a food radio broadcast of, “Join Us at the Table.”
