About
I am Mehedi Hasan from Bangladesh, a research enthusiast in biochemical engineering. My research interests include thermochemical biomass conversion, wastewater treatment, waste management and recycling, environmental remediation, and environmental pollution monitoring. I received my M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from BUET in 2021 and my B.Sc. in Leather Engineering from KUET in 2018. I was a research assistant at the ITN-BUET Center for Water Supply and Waste Management from July 2021 to April 2024, focusing on WASH-related research, laboratory analysis, and capacity building. I am career-oriented and hardworking, and I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I am a member of ISWA, IWA, CIWEM, the Microbiology Society, and the Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association.
