Dr. Mohammad Riyadh is a seasoned learning and development expert with over a decade of experience in curriculum design, higher education teaching, and instructional innovation. As the Co-Founder and Head of Global Partnerships at ExpertGate, he is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic and industry expertise, empowering learners, and fostering global collaboration in education.

Dr. Riyadh earned his PhD in Curriculum Development in Higher Education with an Australian Government scholarship at Western Sydney University. His research focused on inclusive, student-centred learning frameworks that connect academic theory to real-world applications, with a special emphasis on addressing challenges faced by underprivileged communities. During his PhD journey, he also served as the Higher Degree Research (HDR) Student Representative at Western Sydney University’s School of Business (2020–2022), advocating for research students' needs and enriching the academic community.

Currently, Dr. Riyadh is a Senior Lecturer at Sydney Islamic Business School and a part-time faculty member at Western Sydney University’s Business School, specialising in curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies. His teaching focuses on creating accessible and impactful learning experiences for students and professionals alike.

At ExpertGate, Dr. Riyadh combines his academic expertise with entrepreneurial vision to develop a cutting-edge EdTech platform that connects top experts to organisations and learners. The platform simplifies complex workflows in project management, research, course creation, and consultations, enabling real-time connections with global experts from prestigious universities and industries. As Head of Global Partnerships, Dr. Riyadh spearheads collaborations with academic institutions, industry leaders, and funding organisations to expand ExpertGate’s reach and impact globally.

In addition, I emphasize the importance of hands-on learning experiences.
