Amanda Kelly

Dr Amanda Kelly is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in research, leadership, and strategic management across education, policy development, and compliance. Skilled in delivering impactful programs, and managing multidisciplinary teams, Amanda has a strong commitment to equity, innovation, and excellence in complex, high-stakes environments. Dr Kelly has extensive knowledge and experience within both professional and academic environments and is currently employed as a researcher at James Cook University, focusing on strengthening the Indigenous health workforce.

Dr Kelly is also a highly skilled curriculum manager, delivering large scale projects involving the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of programs across a range of faculties. A highlight of this role includes the creation of transdisciplinary subjects through the integration of various discipline learning outcomes.  Dr Kelly has also facilitated sessions and provided individual support to academic staff in areas such as curriculum development and academic integrity.

Through her industry experience, Dr Kelly also bring extensive knowledge and skills in vocational training and development, workforce design and project management. She is a highly skilled leader and mentor who is motivated to support students in achieving their goals.
